Thanksgiving 2009

Visiting the family in Arizona for Thanksgiving again this year. Started off the day with the Mesa Turkey Trot. I think I've run it about 8 times now.

This is Amy coming in the home stretch.

Our family has outgrown having Thanksgiving at a house, so this year we moved it inside the church cultural hall.

Mesa Turkey Trot 10K

My sister Mary chastised me a bit last night for not posting to my blog very much. I guess I got out of the habit. I'll see what I can do about that.

I spent Thanksgiving with my brother and sisters in Arizona. Myself and two in laws, Julie & Jake, ran the Mesa Turkey Trot 10K in the morning. Still quite hot in November.

This is Julie and I after the race with the Turkey. You get a certificate for 'beating the turkey', which is usually under 45 minutes. My time was like 43:30 I think.
