KL Food Plus

I absolutely loved the food in Malaysia, mainly because it was so similar to Indian food, which is my favorite. Also, it was extremely cheap. Here's a sampling of what I ate:

Fresh sugar cane juice

Plus a couple shots that didn't fit into previous posts

View of Petronas and the KL Tower from the Orchid Garden.

I rode this coaster 3 times, plus the other rides at Berjaya Time Square Theme Park. Largest indoor theme park in the world, so I was told.

KL Batu Caves

Took a trip out to the Batu Caves, a Hindu pilgrimage site.

For some reason it looks like that rooster is CGI'd in, but it's not.

KL Bird Park

The KL Bird Park was my next stop. It's the world's largest free flying bird park, or something like that.

I want to adopt this adorable Malaysian family. And the birds too.

A look at the park from the outside.

KL Butterfly Garden

I like a good butterfly garden as much as the next guy (ok, maybe more), so I checked out the KL Butterfly Garden. It's a tropical maze of pathways, ponds, blossoms, waterfalls, butterflies, and more. Totally worth visiting in my opinion.

I would have passed right by this one if it hadn't opened its wings as I approached.
