After our hike to Moana Falls, we went inside the Harold Lyon Arboretum. It's a massive outdoor garden with trails throughout. I use the term 'garden' loosely, since it's basically a rain forest jungle that's being kept at bay.
I took two pictures of my dad at the entrance. The first he posed for, the second one he humored me, and let me put the camera up real close. You normally don't get to photograph people that close up. I think it's a great shot.
I did realize it until later, but I discovered a toad in this photo after transfering it to my laptop. See if you can spot him.
I'm giving my dad partial credit for this shot. He pointed out how cool the branches of these trees looked. I didn't think I could capture it well with my camera. Turns out, I did.
We hiked all the way to the north end of the park where there's another waterfall.
P.S. All this hiking THE DAY BEFORE OUR MARATHON would definitely come back to haunt us the next day.

I love the one of the trees. I could do wonders with that in photoshop
So beautiful! You are an awesome photographer! Great shots!
Wow! What a fun hike! Okay, it took me awhile to find the toad in your photo but I finally spotted him. I had to enlarge the pic though :)

what kind of camera do you have? Isn't a powershot of some sort?
It's just a little Sony Cybershot.
