'Grab and go' is precisely right. Only thing actually cooked before it was sent out is that last plate. Is that too American, or what? I can eat raw fish, especially salmon, but I prefer mine cooked. I wouldn't mind trying a bite from those plates though.

Oh boy! I'd much rather drink my green smoothie ANY DAY then eat all of that raw fish!
What's wrong with raw fish?? It's delicious!! And good for you.
